An excellent wrestler in Rami Aziz vs an excellent Brazilian jujitsu submission grappler in Elias Boudegzdame. Boudegzdame makes his Desert Force debut and has a habit of finishing by submissions! 100% of his 7 wins have come by submission, 4 of those by triangle choke!
This featherweight bout was the fourth fight of Desert Force 13 which took place at the FGB Arena in Abu Dhabi. The fight was part of the Prelims and will be featured on MBC action.
Rami cannily avoided Boudegzdame’s Jiu-Jitsu to emerge with a decision victory after three rounds of back and forth between the two, delivering and portraying lots of grappling skills. Aziz earns his 6th consecutive MMA win and his second in Desert Force opposing to Elias who now rides 2 losses, with his first Desert Force appearance.
Both men shined in their performance that night, but it was Rami who walked out of the cage with his hands raised. Many fans might have felt that Elias was the busier of the two and would have rightly deserved to be called the winner. You know what they say:
