Filipino world champion Stephen Loman has his first title defense set for Brave 13: Euro Evolution. “The Sniper” takes on Conor McGregor‘s sparring partner Frans Mlambo in the main event of Brave Combat Federation’s first foray into Europe.
The bout is also a chance for “The Black Mamba” to avenge his last and only Brave loss. The duo faced each other back in September of 2016 at Brave 1, with “The Sniper” getting a unanimous decision win over Irishman.
Since then, SBG Ireland’s Mlambo has bounced back with three straight Brave wins, beating the likes of Jalal Al Daaja, Michael Deiga-Scheck and finally, Felipe Efrain, to credential himself to a title shot. Mlambo has also spent time at the KHK MMA team, alongside Eldar Eldarov, Hamza Kooheji, and others.

Meanwhile, Loman beat Gurdarshan “St. Lion” Mangat back at Brave 8: The Kingdom of Champions, last November, to win the first-ever Brave Bantamweight world title and will try to maintain his title in spite of a bad run for Team Lakay, where he trains, in Baguio, Philippines.
Brave 13 will be held at the SSE Arena, in Belfast, Northern Ireland, in the first-ever Brave Combat Federation show in Europe. Loman x Mlambo is the first fight to be confirmed for the event, and other bouts will be announced in the coming weeks. In the previous 12 shows, Brave has visited other eight countries – Bahrain, Brazil, United Arab Emirates, India, Kazakhstan, Mexico, Jordan, and Indonesia.
