Desert Force has officially responded to popular demand by hooking up fans with an event in another great Arab city, Beirut. The news was announced today [Sunday July 05, 2015] on Desert Force official Facebook page, as well as on Desert Force CEO Zaid Mirza’s personal profile.
Zaid Mirza had first made the announcement in Desert Force official event magazine, issued by ArabsMMA at Desert Force 17 in Jordan:
This coming August we are looking forward to an action packed event in Beirut, as Desert Force will land in Lebanon for the first time in History. We look forward to meeting all the fans around the Arab World.
Desert Force CEO and COO have been spotted several times this month in Beirut, meeting with the pillars of MMA in Lebanon, and laying the groundwork for the so-planned event.
With several early signs hinting Desert Force 18 in Lebanon, rumors about some great fights for Desert Force 18 started spreading as well!
One potential fight for Desert Force Beirut is Serge Saad Vs Michael Aoun. Mohammad Ghorabi is back, and he possibly will face Youness Mikkis who took part of the last season of Al Batal Reality Show. Elie Elrayyis Vs Tarek Hamdi has been in the rumor mill for a while and Beirut will be the perfect venue to make this rematch happen. Rami Hamed could very well be the next big thing in the welterweight division. Returning back to fight his original weight light heavyweight and thirsty to gloat his prowess, the PREDATOR BAAKLINI, might also come back and fight at light heavyweight…
