Chahe Yerevanian is a man on a mission. ArabsMMA reporter Zahi Ephrem caught up with the “Phoenix Fighting Championship” CEO following the “Phoenix 1” pre-fight presser. Yerevanian discussed everything from hosting multi-discipline cards, bringing the world’s greatest fighters to Beirut, future plans for Phoenix fighting Championship, and much more.
Chahe Yerevanian:
“I promise this is only the beginning. We are getting the biggest Muay Thai legends to Beirut. There are also huge surprises for the upcoming MMA cards. Dominick Cruz and Anderson Silva are to name a few. They might not be taking part of the first event, but some big names definitely be attending Phoenix 1 in December.”
On Phoenix 2 and 2017 plans, Yerevanian said:
“We will announce the “Phoenix 2″ press conference right after the December event. Furthermore, we will be holding 1 event every 3 months in 2017. Most of all, expect the same caliber of fighters, and expect more bombshells to be dropped.”
